Good Faith Estimate

Still Creek Therapy — Aurielle Zeitler, LCSW

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care will cost before you begin services.

What This Means for You

Before starting services, I will provide you with a written Good Faith Estimate that includes the expected cost of services based on your individual situation. This estimate is not a contract and does not require you to obtain services.

Standard Session Fees

60-minute individual session: $150

90-minute individual session: $225

A sliding scale is available for clients who need it. Please reach out to discuss.

Insurance

I am currently in the process of credentialing with insurance panels. Please contact me to ask about current accepted insurance. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows for it.

Questions
